HRV3C protease (Human Rhinovirus 3C protease) is commonly used for precise removal of affinity tags from recombinant proteins under mild reaction conditions. This site-specific protease supports His-tag and fusion tag removal during recombinant protein purification, helping prepare proteins for research and downstream development.
